Grasshopper Review: Cheap 800 and 888 numbers for your business. Easy call forwarding to your cell or home phone. This is the service I use for

eVoice: This is the 800# provider I’m using for all new websites. The link directs you to a place you can get a free 6-month trial. When the 6-month trial is over monthly rates are more affordable than Grasshopper as well. Set up is super simple as well. Awesome product. Not ready to spend money on a 800 number yet? No problem. lets gives you a free voice mail and fax number until you’re on your feet. (Just make sure you keep your account active by calling the number at least one time per month.)

Email Marketing

aWeber: aWeber is the industry standard for email list management and the email service I’ve ever need. Set up is fast, customer service is reliable, and it just plain works.

Heat Map Testing

Feng-GUI: Free heat map testing for your website.

SEO Tools

Xenu Link Sleuth: Free program that crawls your website and gives you a report of 404 errors/broken links and redirects.

Screaming Frog SEO Spider: This tool is gaining popularity among the SEO community fast. Screaming Frog SEO Spider downloads titles, meta descriptions, urls, file size and other important data points for search marketers. I highly recommend familiarizing yourself with this tool if you haven’t already.

SEO Book Toolbar: SEO tool for your web browser. Integrates SEO metrics like PageRank, back links, competition, domain age, a rank checker and more in one location. This plug-in is a huge time saver for website analysis.

Website Templates:

DreamTemplate: Pay a flat fee and download professional looking website, Word Doc, and PowerPoint templates for a year. This website could come in especially handy if you create websites for small businesses. The only downside is that there isn’t much here for WordPress themes.

WooThemes: A great place to find premium WordPress themes at an affordable price.

Invoice/Billing Templates If you use PayPal to accept payments anyway, they also provide a simple invoicing feature to bill clients.

Word Doc Templates: If you want to invoice customers in an old school fashion, check out this link and this link to help you create an invoice in Microsoft Word.
